STREET is on-demand: your order goes straight to the shop, they accept and prepare it, and a Stuart courier brings it to your door. No scheduled rounds, no next-day vans, no delivery windows. Delivery is a flat £9.99, wherever the boutique is.

Each shop on STREET is its own order with its own courier, the same way ordering from two restaurants means two riders. One shop, one order, one £9.99 delivery. Orders from different shops arrive separately.

Independent boutiques and local shops covering fashion, activewear, eyewear, accessories, shoes, kidswear, beauty, and homewear. STREET does not deliver food, groceries, or perishables.

Returns are managed by each retailer through Shopify, following their own returns policy. STREET handles cancellations before your order is accepted. If you cancel before the retailer prepares it, the payment hold is released straight away. Once an order is on its way, you'll arrange the return directly with the retailer.

Payment is handled through Shopify's secure checkout. Your card is authorised when you place an order; the charge is only completed once the retailer accepts. If you cancel before acceptance, or the retailer declines, the hold is released straight away and no money moves.
